Manages/listens for a user to click the dropdown box in the top right hand side of the screen on the dashboard.

Dropdown listens for the following:

• Click on the top right drop down - Will create a drop down nav bar containing the options to log out, switch user or delete your account
• Click on the top right drop down while it is active, press the escape key or click outside the drop down box - close the drop down box
